Case: 23601 Category: Breast Implant Revision Weight: 140 Height: 5’ 8” Gender: Female Skin Tone: Light Description: This patient had breast augmentation by another surgeon with peri-areolar mastoplexi and had developed marked saging and very heavy scarring around the areolas as well as deflation of the right implant. She wanted more perky, uplifted breasts, and that was achieved with anchor mastoplexy and re-augmentation of the breasts using 225-cc saline implants.
